Laws and Regulations Governing the Implementation of K3

In the first implementation of K3 refers to Veiligheidsreglement year 1919 (Stbl.No.406), but with the issuance of Law No. 14 of 1969 on Basic Provisions of the Workers, then the legislation drawn up which includes general provisions on work safety accordance with community development, industrialization, engineering and technology. The Act is Law No.. 1 of 1970 on Occupational Safety. With the law on work safety in the visible clarity about the obligations of board (of directors work) and responsibilities in implementing the safety of workers labor. Considering the safety factor is related to the health of the next stages of work safety activities into occupational health and safety or shortened with K3. To facilitate the implementation of workplace K3 the Department of Labor (Department of Manpower) has issued various regulations relating to the K3. Given the health service facilities is also a place of work then the Ministry of Health also issued various regulations regarding aspects of K3, although the rule generally applied only in the facility’s health service facilities. Given the complexity of the origin of laws and regulations K3, it can generally be categorized as follows:
1. Act (Act)
The law governing the K3 is the law on workers, workplace safety and health. This law explains what is meant by the workplace, workplace leadership obligations, rights and obligations of workers.

2. Government Regulation (PP)
Government regulations governing aspects of K3 is government regulation of workplace safety to permit the use of radiation and radioactive substances and / or other radiation sources and transport of radioactive substances.

3. Presidential Decree (Presidential)

6. Regulations issued by another department related to the implementation of K3 in health service facilities, namely regulation of the Department is associated with aspects of the radiation.
