Philosophy of occupational safety and health in view of each employee has a right to protection of a comfortable working life is not fully understood either by the management and employees. Because it is necessary to invest the soul that occupational safety and health is a form of employee needs.
Every effort is related to occupational safety and health will be successfully implemented only if both parties are companies and employees make synergistic cooperation and harmony. Each actor must be determined and disciplined minimize the occurrence of occupational accidents. Companies need to have goals minimize accidents incidents to zero. Benefits to the interests of employees in the form of occupational safety and health of the maximum and so did the maximum profit of the company.

Therefore, companies should:
(1) comply with applicable safety and health issued by the government by complying with the principles,
(2) making procedures and manuals on how to deal with safety,
(3) providing training and disseminating information on the employee’s work safety,
(4) provides an optimum work safety,
(5) responsible for the safety of employees working,

Every company has a strategy naturally reduce and even eliminate the incidence of work accidents among employees in accordance with the conditions of the company.

The main strategies companies need to be applied include:
a. The management needs to determine which form of protection for employees in dealing with accidents happened. For example because of financial reasons, the employee awareness of workplace safety and corporate responsibility and the employee then the company may have a minimum level of protection that even the maximum.
b. The management can determine whether the rules on workplace safety is formal or informal. Formally, each rule is intended in writing, executed and controlled in accordance with the rules. While the stated informally or unwritten conventions and carried through training and agreements.

The management needs to be proactive and reactive in the development of procedures and plans on occupational safety and health of employees. Proactive management means the continuous need to improve procedures and plans according to the needs of employers and employees. While the reactive sense, the management need to address safety and health problems after an incident arises. The management can use the degree of safety and health is low as promotion factors into broad audience. This means that the company considered to be very concerned with occupational safety and health.
