All employees who are on a surface to walk or work with a unprotected side or edge, they must provide fall protection at the level required by the OSHA standard applicable to your site work.
Management must:
• Design, implement and commit to follow a fall protection program.
• Provide training in fall protection program.
• Evaluate the program regularly to ensure its effectiveness and determine if you need changes or updates.
Employers must assess the center of work to determine whether the areas to walk and work in which employees have that work, she has the strength and integrity structure to support the weight safely.
